Vision

                         To remain committed to people-oriented development and to formulate and implement practical and comprehensive development programmes through efficient and time-bound interventions. To improve public welfare by identifying relevant goals and responsibilities in response to social, cultural and economic changes, and to provide better services to the public through a transparent and friendly office system. To ensure continuous improvement in quality through regular evaluation of activities and objectives is the vision of this institution.

Mission

  1. To achieve 100% utilisation of the plan fund.
  2. To receive all applications at the Front Office and issue acknowledgement receipts.
  3. To take timely action on applications and complaints received at the District Panchayat.
  4. To keep the office website updated.
  5. To display office-related information through digital systems.
  6. To publish and update the Citizen Charter regularly.
  7. To conduct all meetings through the K-SMART system.
  8. To modernise the record rooms.
  9. To provide necessary training to implementing officers for improving the efficiency of plan formulation and implementation.
  10. To provide necessary training to monitoring members for improving the efficiency of plan monitoring.
