Applications are invited from entrepreneurs for leasing the currently vacant land available among the plots allotted to entrepreneurs in the Industrial Park at Chattanchal, Thekkil Village, under Re-survey No. 248/1, owned by the Kasaragod District Panchayat.
Interested entrepreneurs shall submit a detailed DPR (Detailed Project Report) of the proposed enterprise, an application in the prescribed format, and an EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) of ₹5,000. The application must be submitted to the Kasaragod District Panchayat either in person or by post.
**Last date for submission of applications:** 31 October 2026, at 3:00 PM.
